Welcome to Buildstuff.store ("Buildstuff," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, tools, concepts, prototypes, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

1. Overview of the Platform

Buildstuff.store is a creative technology platform focused on experimentation, collaboration, digital tools, branding systems, creative workflows, AI-assisted experiences, tokenized systems, interactive media, community participation, and future marketplace concepts.

Some parts of the platform may still be in development, experimental, invite-only, or conceptual.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Continuous availability;
  • Future functionality;
  • Financial outcomes;
  • Asset valuation;
  • Compatibility with third-party systems;
  • Preservation of uploaded materials.

5. User Content

You may submit, upload, publish, or share content through the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork;

  • Color systems;
  • Metadata;
  • Creative assets;
  • Brand materials;
  • Comments;
  • Suggestions;
  • Community submissions.

You retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content, you grant Buildstuff.store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host;
  • Display;
  • Process;
  • Analyze;
  • Adapt;
  • Reproduce;
  • Promote;
  • Improve platform functionality;
  • Train or improve platform systems where applicable and permitted.

This license exists only to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

You represent that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it;
  • Your content does not infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Your content is not unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading.

6. AI & Generated Content

Some Services may use artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

AI-generated outputs may:

  • Be inaccurate;
  • Be incomplete;
  • Produce unexpected results;
  • Resemble existing works or ideas.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any outputs before relying on them commercially, legally, creatively, or technically.

We do not guarantee ownership eligibility, copyrightability, exclusivity, or commercial fitness of AI-generated outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Services, including:

  • Branding;
  • Interface systems;
  • Platform concepts;
  • Visual identity;
  • Software;
  • Designs;
  • Workflows;
  • Text;
  • Graphics;
  • Logos;
  • Documentation;
  • Platform architecture;

are owned by Buildstuff.store or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy;
  • Reproduce;
  • Resell;
  • Reverse engineer;
  • Exploit;
  • Redistribute;
  • Commercialize;

any part of the Services without written permission.

8. Community Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content;
  • Harass or exploit other users;
  • Misrepresent ownership or affiliation;
  • Scrape or extract platform data without authorization;
  • Attempt to bypass security systems;
  • Use the Services for unlawful activity;
  • Manipulate governance, staking, rewards, or participation systems.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

9. Payments, Sponsorships & Future Marketplace Systems

Certain Services may eventually include:

  • Paid memberships;
  • Licensing;
  • Sponsorships;
  • Marketplace transactions;
  • Digital asset exchanges;
  • Token-based systems;
  • Creative collaborations.

Additional terms may apply to those systems when launched.

Buildstuff.store does not currently guarantee:

  • Financial returns;
  • Token value;
  • Marketplace liquidity;
  • Sponsorship opportunities;
  • Revenue generation.

Any references to future systems are conceptual and subject to change.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

  • Wallet providers;
  • Hosting platforms;
  • AI providers;
  • Analytics tools;
  • Payment processors;
  • Social platforms;
  • Cloud infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, downtime, or actions.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDSTUFF.STORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;
  • SECURITY;
  • ACCURACY;
  • RELIABILITY;
  • CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.

We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildstuff.store and its affiliates, collaborators, contributors, sponsors, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages;
  • Incidental damages;
  • Consequential damages;
  • Lost profits;
  • Lost data;
  • Business interruption;
  • Reputation damage;
  • Digital asset losses;
  • Creative or commercial losses.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buildstuff.store and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your content;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • Your use creates risk or liability;
  • We discontinue portions of the platform.

Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
